Hello everyone! My name is Caitlyn and I am the owner of Caban & Co. Hair Salon. I have been a part of the Beauty Industry for over 5 years and have grown a true passion for it. Everything from the Business side to the Creative side I fully embrace and enjoy.
Over the course of four years I have studied Business Management at the University of North Carolina Greensboro and have extensively studied color at Paul Mitchell.
I truly value what each one of my clients want when they sit in my chair and my goal is to make my clients' hair goal reality. I want each and every client to leave my chair feeling like they have gotten exactly what they were wanting and to leave with confidence in their hair!
I became interested in color after always leaving my hair appointments feeling like me and my stylist had a communication gap and I was never 100% satisfied with my hair. I want to give my clients an experience where they feel listened to. I strive to professionalize the Hair Industry and I look forward to meeting you and making you hair goals, reality!

Hey guys! My name is Rachel and welcome to Caban & Co. Hair, where I have found my home. If there is one thing I have always loved about the hair industry it's that it will never stop growing, just like myself.
From studying Fashion and Entrepreneurship at ECU to Cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell, I can
say I am up to date on all the trends.
I have always had a love for fashion, however hair fashion has my heart. Using my creative outlet on my clients is very empowering to me and I want every single client who sits in my chair to feel empowered as well.
Every client is different and everyone has different hair goals; therefore, being apart of a specialty salon has allowed me to focus on areas in the Beauty Industry that I have always loved. My passion for hair doesn’t just stop at the attention to detail I put in my work, it grows with conversations, confidence and laughter.

Hey y’all! My name is Kelly O’Boyle and I’m so excited to meet all of y’all! I was born and raised in Raleigh. I have loved traveling around and seeing new places and meeting new people, but always seemed to come back to Raleigh. As a little girl I was a huge tomboy. I was always outside getting dirty and playing sports. As I got older, I started to become more of a girly girl and was obsessed with doing my friends and my own hair! I always thought of hair as being a fun hobby of mine that allowed me to be creative, but didn’t think of it as my career path. I grew up thinking I had to have a four year degree to be successful. So I attended ECU for 2 1/2 years before I decided that hair was my passion and graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2018! After working at a salon that wasn’t quite for me, I’m confident in saying I have found my salon home in Caban & Co! In my free time I love to exercise, spend time with my family and boyfriend, play with my dog, Cooper, and soak up some sun at the beach! I am so excited to start at Caban and Co and make your dream hair your reality!

Hey babes! I’m Courtney, everyone’s favorite capricorn. I’ve lived in the Raleigh area for my whole life and I started getting my hair done here at Caban & Co. in February of 2020. The environment this salon brings totally drew me in. I’ve always preached female empowerment, and the power of confidence. Caban & Co has totally changed my life, and continues to bring out the most confident side of me. The women who work here inspire me every single day to be the best version of myself. I’m so excited to meet all of you lovely queens and to ensure when you walk out you walk out feeling like a brand new woman!

Hey Caban & Co. babes! I’m Paige and I can’t wait to help you achieve your hair goals! Before becoming a part of the Caban & Co. team, I started my cosmetology career at Aveda Institute Charlotte. After graduation in 2018, I was recruited to Van Michael salon in Atlanta. After 2 years of intensive color training, and assisting one of the top colorist in ATL, I decided to make the move back to my hometown, Raleigh. My time in Atlanta was the foundation for my career, and set high standards for my future. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of this amazing team. I love all things blonding, and that includes my brunette babes! I’m a big fan of enhancing your natural color, and showing how a little change can make a big difference. Let’s work together, and create hair goals we both want to show off! Can’t wait to have you in my chair, Babe.

Hi there babes! My name is Isabella and I am a blonding and extension specialist here at Caban & Co. My passion lies within constant growth, education, and the desire to ensure every single guest leaves my chair feeling better than they ever have before - both inside and out! I spent 2 years at Wake Tech receiving my associates in Applied Science and majored in Cosmetology. Since graduating I haven’t stopped continuing my education and honing in on what I love most! I left my small town in 2017 in hopes to pursue my passion in blonding and I have without a doubt found my home here at Caban & Co. As the home of all things blonding, I know you will feel the same way too! I cannot wait to introduce you to your new salon home and bring your hair goals to reality. See you soon babe!

Hey hey! My name is Ayanna, and I cannot wait to meet you if I haven't already <3. I started off working at Caban & Co as a Salon Coordinator and very quickly realized I had a love and passion for hair. I decided to go to cosmetology school to become a blonding specialist. I'm so passionate about helping each of my clients achieve their hair goals, and more than anything else, I want each of my clients to feel confident and beautiful from the inside out. Let's make your hair goals happen!!! A few things you should know about me are that I love thrifting, watching the sunset, being around my family and friends, being plugged into my church and finding amazing community, and I love my career!!!

Hi hi! My name is Laura and I can’t wait to meet ya!
I’m a Raleigh native, I’ve lived here forever and my whole life is here.
I love a good beach getaway, I love my nieces and nephews and my fam and I love CrossFit!
I’ve loved doing hair as long as I can remember. When I was nine a family friend was cutting my hair and I felt the cold blade of her shears on the back of my neck and I remember thinking “I’m gonna do this someday”. And here I am! A literal dream come true.
Caban & Co has been so warm and welcoming to me; one of the qualities that drew me here was the work quality, everyone’s attention to detail and high standards for their work. The hair that is being pushed out of this place is incredible and I’m so thrilled to be a part of it!!

Hey hair fam! I’m sammie, and cannot wait to work with you! I recently relocated to Raleigh from Washington DC due to the birth of our beautiful baby boy! Ive beenin the industry for 10 years and I’ve had the pleasure of working in some of the top rated salons in Baltimore & Washington DC. There I was able to be a sponge and really perfect my craft and improve my skill set. I’ve also been blessed to have trained under some of the most talented members of our community! And now I am what they call a perfectionist! I specialize in lived in blondes achieved by balayge, free hand painting and foil work. As much as I’ve loved having time home to bond and raise my son, I am ready to get back behind a chair!! Not only do I love the opportunity to create beautiful hair, but I look forward to the friendships and relationships made!

Hey there guys! I'm Margot, I am from good ole' Raleigh, I graduated from Concord University in West Virginia with my Bachelors degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I have always been extremely into coordinating events and making schedules. I've been doing administrative and event planning work for over 5 years!
I like to keep things very organized at our salon so everything runs as smoothly as possible.
I enjoy working out and LOVE playing soccer. I will be all the communication for getting you beautiful ladies in to the salon with one of our amazing stylists and I can not wait to see you all leaving with your ultimate #HAIRGOALS!
